Web 3.0 Consultant / Account Manager

The Client Manager is responsible to maintain constant communication with clients, developing business growth,  minimizing churn, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Also manage client relationships, develop account plans, and deliver proposals / Demonstrations in order to best explain the NFTpay platform and use cases. Knowledge in the Web 3.0 environment is required along with previous client management experience. You also must have a passion for NFT’s in particular as you will be responsible for demonstrating our platform and strategizing with large / prominent clients in the space.

We are seeking an experienced Client Manager with experience in web3 to join our expanding team and help make this mission possible! The ideal candidate has administration experience working closely with an executive, is detail oriented and passionate about the web3 space!

What you will do

  • Constantly communicate with clients to ensure a positive experience and continuous business growth
  • Implement, design and execute programs to develop client retention & reduce churn
  • Develop strategies to increase the number of clients (ex. Referrals campaign)
  • Attend needs and/or questions clients might present
  • Address customers’ concerns in a timely manner
  • Encourage customer feedback
  • Manage challenging situations that may affect customers
  • Identify customers’ needs and wants
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Assist customers with their purchasing decisions
  • Travel locally and nationally to meet potential and existing clients

  • Write and submit reports to the client director and senior management
  • Demonstrate the NFTpay platforms ability and use cases while supporting the clients and prospects through the discovery phase of our fulfillment process.

  • 3+ years prior experience in customer facing roles
  • Proven experience in a leadership role is required
  • Proven experience in the web3 industry

  • Should possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
